Brad Barry, Ph.D.

A native of San Mateo, California, Brad Barry is a Zamboni-driver-turned-academic. Prior to joining the English Department at Dixie State University, he attended Humboldt State University (in the coastal redwoods of Northern California) and Bowling Green State University (amidst the fire-fly-filled cornfields of Northwest Ohio).

He has been published in The Journal for the Assembly of Expanded Perspectives on Learning, Route 7 Review, Utah English Journal, Vantage Point, and The Chronicle of Higher Education (The Chronicle Review). He has also presented academic papers at The Conference on College Composition and Communication, The National Council of Teachers of English, The International Conference on Narrative, The Association for Business Communication, and The Rhetoric Society of America.
